Deposit Policy
We offer prepaid vacation rentals. A deposit of 50% of rental (both cabin & equipment) is required for a reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express & Discover and they are subject to a 3% processing fee and personal checks (there is a $30.00 charge for any returned checks).
Reservations are non-cancelable; however, if a cancellation is necessary, deposits will be returned less an administrative fee of $100 (per cabin & per unit of equipment) ONLY if cabin & equipment are re-rented at the same rate & length of stay.
Rates & Fees: The nightly/weekly cabin rates do not include the cleaning fee. The applicable cleaning fee will be added during the booking process and reflected in your final reservation total.
Weekly rates apply for reservations arriving on Saturday departing the following Saturday. For less than a week stay, a 3 night minimum is requested. A cleaning fee may be applied.
A Base Rate is noted for each cabin and for additional people a $40/per person/per night fee may be added; the weekly rate is discounted $200/per person.
With prior approval, you may travel with up to two dogs. A pet fee may be applied $28/day.
Quiet Season – Winter Rates
Our Woodside and Treehouse Loft units are available to rent year around! During the winter season, the rate is $184 per night. A three night minimum stay is requested. Towel service may be requested for an additional fee of $30.
