Information & PoliciesDeposit PolicyA deposit of 50% of rental (both cabin & equipment) is required for a reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept VISA, MasterCard & Discover and personal checks (there is a $30.00 charge for any returned checks). Reservations are non-cancelable; however, if a cancellation is necessary, deposits will be returned less an administrative fee of $100 (per cabin & per unit of equipment) ONLY if cabin & equipment are re-rented at the same rate & length of stay. Pets PolicyOur policy is to allow pets in the Sunset, Bass, Caribou & Bear cabins only.
FYI: We have two Golden Retrievers, (resort mascots) Sadie & Tula, who are not subject to the leash rule. (For Sadie's & Tula's health & best interest, please DO NOT feed them) AGGRESSIVE, PROTECTIVE & NOISEY (BARKING) DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THE RESORT! The Aurora RoomFun & Shopping New in 2008 The "Aurora room" which replaces the Trading Post is newly remodeled and very attractive. The Aurora Room features grand views of the water, a stone fireplace with fireside seating, a TV lounge, a game room and newly remodeled bathroom. This new room will have greater comforts and better serve the social functions for the Northern Lights guests. This building along with the entire resort is now wireless.
