Access to Northern Lights by car is via excellent highways, about 4 ½ hours from Minneapolis or by air to International Falls, Minnesota. The easy highway route and directions are detailed below.

If you drive at night, watch for deer. During the day light hours, wolf, bear and moose sightings are not unusual. Approximately 200 bear live in Voyageurs National Park.

From the South:

• Follow Hwy 35 North to Hwy 33 (at Cloquet).
• Take 33 to Hwy 53 (about 19 miles).
• Continue on 53 until about 30 miles north of Orr.
• Our address is 10176 Bay Club Drive, Kabetogama, MN 56669.  From Gateway Store on Hwy 53 go North on Cty Rd. 122,  2.4 miles and take the first left (Gamma Rd)
• Then another 2.4 miles to the Northern Lights Sign, turn right on Northern Lights Rd. and follow the signs.
